- Late Cancellation: If cancelled less than 3 days before the trip, the advance payment is non-refundable.
- On-Arrival Cancellation: If the driver reaches the pickup location and the customer cancels, 50% of the total rental charge must be paid.
- No-Show: If the customer fails to show up without notice, the booking will be cancelled with no refund.
- Refunds are processed within 10-15 business days.
