GariBuzz (“we,” “our,” or “us”) provides a technology platform that connects car owners (“Partners”) with individuals seeking transportation services (“Users”). By accessing or using our application, website, and services (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these partner terms and conditions.

THIS IS THE MOST IMPORTANT PART OF OUR AGREEMENT. PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY.

GariBuzz is a technology company. We do not own cars, employ drivers, or provide transportation services. We simply act as a neutral marketplace and technology provider to connect independent Car Owners with Users.

  • As a Car Owner, you acknowledge and agree that:
  • You are an Independent Contractor: You are an independent, third-party business. You are NOT an employee, agent, or joint venture of GariBuzz.
  • Your Responsibility: You are solely and entirely responsible for your vehicle, your conduct, and the transportation services you provide.
  • No Liability Shield: GariBuzz is NOT LIABLE for any incidents, damages, losses, or injuries that occur in relation to your use of the vehicle or the transportation service you provide.

Terms for Car Owners (Partners)

1) Your Responsibilities:

    • Vehicle Ownership & Condition: You own, or have the legal right to operate, the vehicle you register. The vehicle must be in excellent mechanical and cosmetic condition.
    • Valid Documents: You must possess and maintain all required valid documents, including: Vehicle Registration Certificate, Vehicle Fitness Certificate, Valid Tax Token, Comprehensive Third-Party Insurance
    • Driver & Licenses: You (or your assigned driver) must hold a valid, clean driver’s license and all other permits required by Bangladeshi law to provide passenger transportation services.

    2) Assumption of All Risks and Liabilities:

    • Accidents & Damages: You are SOLELY RESPONSIBLE for any and all costs arising from accidents, collisions, vandalism, or any other damage to your vehicle, howsoever caused.
    • Personal Injury: You are SOLELY RESPONSIBLE for any injuries or fatalities to yourself, your passengers, other motorists, or pedestrians that occur during the use of the Service.
    • Insurance: You are solely responsible for securing and maintaining adequate insurance coverage (e.g., Comprehensive, Third-Party Liability) for your vehicle and your commercial activities. GariBuzz does not provide any insurance coverage for you or your vehicle.
    • Taxes & Fines: You are solely responsible for paying all your income taxes, vehicle taxes, and any traffic fines or penalties incurred while using the Service.

    3) Indemnification:

    You agree to DEFEND, INDEMNIFY, AND HOLD HARMLESS GariBuzz, its directors, employees, and agents from ANY AND ALL claims, demands, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with:

    • Your use of the Service or your vehicle.
    • Your breach of these Terms.
    • Your interaction with Users or third parties.
    • Any accident or incident involving your vehicle.
