At GariBuzz, we prioritize customer satisfaction and aim to deliver a seamless car rental experience. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which returns, cancellations, and refunds are handled.

1. Cancellation Policy

At GariBuzz, we prioritize customer satisfaction and aim to deliver a seamless car rental experience. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which returns, cancellations, and refunds are handled.

a. Cancellations Before Pickup

Customers may cancel their booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time without any penalty. A full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

b. Last-Minute Cancellations

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup may incur a cancellation fee equivalent to one day’s rental charge.

c. No-Show Policy

If a customer fails to collect the vehicle at the scheduled time and has not informed us, the booking will be marked as a no-show. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

2. Early Return Policy

If a vehicle is returned before the scheduled return time, no refund will be provided for the unused rental period. However, if the early return is due to vehicle issues or service-related concerns, please contact our support team for evaluation.

3. Vehicle Replacement or Refund Due to Issues

If the rented vehicle develops a mechanical issue not caused by the customer, GariBuzz will:

  • Provide a replacement vehicle (based on availability)
  • Or offer a pro-rated refund for the unused rental days

Please notify us immediately if there are any issues with the vehicle.

4. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-15 business days. Delays may vary depending on your payment provider.

5. Damage & Violation Refund Conditions

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • The vehicle is returned damaged or with missing accessories
  • Any traffic violations or tolls incurred during the rental period remain unpaid
  • Fuel is below the required level (as per rental agreement)

Deductions will be made as per our terms outlined in the rental agreement.

6. Modification of Bookings

  • If you wish to modify your booking (date, time, vehicle type), please contact us at least 12 hours in advance.
  • Changes are subject to vehicle availability and revised rental charges, if applicable.
