GariBuzz Terms and Conditions

Welcome to GariBuzz. By using our website and booking a ride with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your reservation.

1. Booking & Confirmation

  • All bookings must be made through our official website or authorized communication channels.

  • A booking is confirmed only after you receive a confirmation message via phone, WhatsApp, or email.

  • GariBuzz reserves the right to accept or reject any booking based on vehicle availability, operational factors, or other circumstances.

2. Payment Policy

  • The customer must provide accurate travel details (pickup location, drop-off location, date, and time) when making the booking.

  • GariBuzz is not responsible for delays caused by traffic conditions, weather issues, or incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

  • Any damage to the vehicle caused by the customer or passengers during the trip (including but not limited to interior damage, accidents, or misuse) will be the responsibility of the customer. The customer must compensate for the damages as per our terms.

     

3. Vehicle Use & Responsibility

  • The customer must provide accurate travel details (pickup location, drop-off location, date, and time) when making the booking.
  • GariBuzz is not responsible for delays caused by traffic conditions, weather issues, or incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
  • Any damage to the vehicle caused by the customer or passengers during the trip (including but not limited to interior damage, accidents, or misuse) will be the responsibility of the customer. The customer must compensate for the damages as per our terms.

4. Liability Disclaimer

  • GariBuzz acts solely as a platform connecting customers with available vehicles and drivers across Bangladesh.

  • While we work with licensed and experienced drivers, GariBuzz is not liable for any of the following:

    • Accidents, delays, or incidents during the trip.

    • Loss, damage, injury, or any inconvenience caused by third-party drivers or external factors.

    • Passengers are advised to travel at their own risk and are encouraged to have personal travel or accident insurance.

5. Driver Conduct & Safety

  • Our drivers are licensed, trained, and instructed to follow all traffic laws and safety regulations.

  • Customers are expected to treat drivers with respect and adhere to all local laws and regulations during the trip.

  • Any inappropriate or illegal behavior toward the driver or other passengers may lead to immediate termination of the service without a refund.

6. Service Area

  • GariBuzz offers car rental services across Bangladesh, including all districts, upazilas, and rural areas (accessible by car).
  • Our vehicles are available to serve major cities such as Dhaka, Sylhet, Chittagong, Rajshahi, Khulna, and many others.
  • Availability may vary depending on vehicle location, time, and distance.

7. Changes to Terms

  • GariBuzz reserves the right to update or change these terms at any time, with or without notice.

  • All changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website, and your continued use of our service constitutes acceptance of those changes.

8. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • You can cancel your booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled time at no charge.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the trip may be subject to a cancellation fee.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 15 business days and will be made via the same payment method used for the booking.

9. Force Majeure

GariBuzz will not be held liable for any failure to perform due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to strikes, natural disasters, political unrest, or other circumstances affecting the ability to fulfill bookings.
